By using any Labour Connect service (staffing, payroll, immigration, training), or visiting our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

2. Service Scope

Labour Connect offers:

• Staffing: Temporary, permanent, and direct placement solutions
• Payroll: End-to-end payroll processing and T4 filing
• Immigration: Visa, work permits, PR, and sponsorship services
• Training: Safety, compliance, Microsoft tools, food safety, and more

3. Client & Candidate Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and updated personal or business details
• Cooperate during documentation, background checks, and onboarding
• Respond to communications promptly to avoid delays
• Maintain confidentiality of any shared resources or training materials

4. Fees & Payment Terms

• Fee structures vary by service (e.g., placement fee, retainer, hourly billing)
• All fees are outlined in service agreements or client invoices
• Government or third-party charges (e.g., IRCC fees) are separate
• Late payments may incur additional charges or service suspension

5. No Outcome Guarantees

• Immigration success is subject to government discretion
• Job placement depends on employer selection and candidate suitability
• Training outcomes depend on individual performance

We cannot guarantee any specific result or timeline.

6. Termination

Labour Connect may terminate service:

• For misuse, non-payment, or policy violations
• If required by law or regulation

Clients may also cancel service with written notice (terms apply depending on agreement).

7. Confidentiality

All personal data and client details are treated as confidential. Immigration files are handled only by licensed RCICs or authorized professionals. We will not share or sell your information without your permission, except where legally required.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our site (logos, content, training material) is the property of Labour Connect. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it commercially without written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Labour Connect will not be liable for:

• Delays or failures caused by third parties (e.g., IRCC, employers)
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Any loss beyond the value of fees paid for the specific service

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in an Ontario court of competent jurisdiction.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Continued use of our services implies your acceptance of any revisions.
